How do I start a project?+
Click Start a project and tell us in a few lines what you need. We reply within one working day to set up a free 30-minute call. After the call we send you a written plan with dates and a fixed price. Once you approve it, the work starts and your dashboard opens the same day.
How do I sign up for the dashboard?+
You do not need to sign up. When your project starts, we create your account and email you a link to choose a password. After that, sign in any time with Client login at the top of this page. If the link has run out or you forget your password, use Forgot it? on the sign-in page, or just ask us.
How much does a project cost?+
It depends on what you need, so we give you a price after a short, free first call. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
How long does it take?+
A website is usually three to six weeks. Apps and systems take longer. We agree dates up front and you can watch progress on your dashboard.
Do we own it at the end?+
Yes. Code, accounts, domain and documentation are handed over to you. You can pay us monthly to look after it, or run it yourselves.
We are not technical. Is that a problem?+
Not at all. Most of our clients are not. We explain things in plain words. We only ask you to make decisions, never to understand the technical side.
