Finora

We built Finora as a web app that works on a phone and a laptop. People log an expense or income in a few taps, picking from categories that fit Nigerian life. The overview shows what is left to spend this month, recent activity and where the money went.

Monthly budgets show how much is left in each category and what that means per day for the rest of the month. A budget turns amber as it gets close and red when it goes over, so people can act before the money is gone.

To save typing, people can forward bank alert emails from banks such as GTBank, Kuda, Access and OPay. Finora reads the amount and description, suggests a category and puts it in an inbox to approve with one tap. There is also a trading journal for gold, forex and indices, with win rate, profit factor and results by session, strategy and instrument.
